The fees listed
below usually include group lodging or camping,
plus full use of Harbin facilities. (Two week massage intensives
do not include weekend lodging.) Private lodging
before, during or after your workshop may be arranged through
the Harbin reservation office at (707) 987-2477. Meals are not
included unless stated; kitchen facilities are generally available
for your use, and you are welcome to take advantage of Harbin's
many other food options.

The oriental philosophies and techniques of Yin and Yang, Aikido, Macrobiotics and Shiatsu that are all necessary to develop an effective practice. Learn to release, stretch and tonify the 12 meridians, the essence of oriental breathing, and Chi flow intention. Also 30 basic Acupressure points and how to effectively treat specific problems.

In this course, students are introduced to the Japanese art of healing touch, Shiatsu, specifically for back care. Students will learn and practice how to release back tension for oneself in daily Self-Shiatsu and one's own family members' back pain through gentle stretches and key acupressure points.
